Took delivery only a few weeks ago, parked it in the driveway and started making it our own.

Found several smaller issues from the get go. Two plumbing leaks from lack of caring , on employees part.

One propane leak, easily fixed by taking the connection apart, adding sealant and just reconnecting.

Quality of finishes is just ok, nothing to write home about, kind of slapped together. Need several new doors and the cabinet over the couch.

The owners manual is a joke.! Basicly just some photo copied pages which aren't even properly sized for the type or put together. You certainly can't care for you unit with it. Emailed the factory a few times asking questions, but after three emails they stop responding. So your on your on!!!!!!

Everything seems to function now but it's not a true four season coach. Side out insulation is pathetic and there are several areas which are not even insulated.

The specs are way off too. Measured it from tip to rail and got 31' not 29'6

Height is just over 13' not 12'6 And it certainly won't fit in the structure I had built for it.

Weight is over 9000# too

We haven't even used it yet and I have spent several days just tuning it up.

They make absolute *** anymore, no quality, sub-par junk is all you get. I just blew $75,000 on a Blackstone 280RDSB, it's imploding before my eyes & ORV/NORTHWOODS is playing games! JUNK!

Might help if you would state the year, model number, and type of camper you bought. Fiver or travel trailer?

What year? What model?

I can relate to your frustration. Our brand new Arctic Fox 5th wheel had loads of issues too....which we ended up repairing ourselves because Trailer Town in Calgary is pathetic and so are the individual at Northwood!
