We enjoy the Nash 23D and customer service from the manufacture is excellent. The quality can be increased in three areas.

First the machine screws holding the outside lower grey trim to the chassis on the brackets are too low of quality. All the screws snapped off letting the trim flap with the wind. I replaced with the same type of screws and now these are breaking off. The screws need to be stronger.

The solar cell is too small and it takes three days to recharge the battery. With a full charge on the battery after running the slide out then back in the slide motor moves much slower and I can see the battery voltage drop from 13.5 volts to 12.0 volts. Only other problem was the solar charger shorting out and caused the battery not to hold a charge. The company was quick to send a replacement.

Would like to hear from other Nash 23D users.S.Vickers 661-916-5771

We have had no real trouble with our 23D 2016 Nash. One cupboard door needed adjustment as it kept coming open in travel.

But we had a 160 solar panel installed at time of purchase by the dealer. The 20 was too small to be useful as you mentioned. We also exchanged the 12 Volt battery for 2 - 6 volts. Seem to get longer life with the 6 volt system.

We paid $1,000. Canadian (about $700.US) for the 160 solar panel installed. As we do a lot of dry camping I'm considering adding another & 2 more 6 volt batteries to our system to give me even more life, plus an inverter.

Ours has a 4 season package & the extra clearance is nice for off road camping.Overall, we're very pleased.
