Generator transfer switch had loose connectors almost burned the trailer to the ground.

Lost all power on the curb side due to incorrect wiring at the curb side out side outlet.

Norcold fridge was inoperative right out of the box.

Loose out lets in the bedroom.

Shower drain plumbed incorrectly bending the shower pan.

All cabinet door screws to the frames were stripped.

Hot water outlet pex pipe at the hot water heater bent and plumbed incorrectly.

Damaged 12 v wires to the hot water heater.

12 volt Living room light fixture base mount screws stripped.

Broken screws in the window frames.

Broken staples in the carpet at the flooring sticking straight up out of the carpet.

Loose wiring at the 12v fuse panel.

Loose 110 volt wiring at the panel.

Sharp edges at the sheet metal surrounding the pvc pipes at the top of the holding tank.

Black tank dump valve handle rubs on the frame and binds when used.

Sharp edges on the frame where the 110 v wire passes through the frame below the king bed.

Incomplete install at the sheet metal box around the propane tanks.

Hot water heater immediately failed.

Incomplete install at the fake tile around the stove.

I have probably forgotten some items.

I knew I would have problems but this was way more then I would have expected. Did my research before I bought the trailer. Its my first new RV. I have owned inexpensive used RV's in the past. I did not count on this much of a pile of garbage.

I only bothered the dealer a couple of times. Their standard answer is "bring it in." I don't have that kind of time. Could you imagine if I brought the trailer in for each of those items?

Even if they could fix it right (ha ha ya right) how much more damage do you think they would have done in the process?

First and last new RV I will ever buy. Like I said I know my RV's. They are all total and complete junk.

Save your money and buy a 10 year old used RV and rebuild it yourself, or consider how many hotel rooms $65,000.00 or more can buy in a life time.

The industry does not not not not care about quality or customers or anything else.

The people I really pity are the older retired people who don't know....

They sell their house for $250,000.00 and then drop it all on a 5th wheel and truck , or all of it on a motor home and let your nightmare begin.

Its not worth it.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $65.
