We purchased a new nash 23D travel trailer in April 2013, used it 2-3 times before it was parked for the winter , in May 2014 winter ended here in Alaska and we used it one more time before driving it thru Canada to Washington . All in all less than 5,000 miles are on the trailer .

We discovered we had a broken Leaf spring and called a Mobil repair company as we were not in a position to move it to a shop . They discovered the u bolts were only hand tightened , on all 4 u bolts !! They were shocked and said we had a serious issue with the manufacture , 1200.00 dollars later we contacted northwood who immediately sent us to the leaf spring manufacture who said we could mail them in for testing at our expense , I don't want to throw more money into the problem when I feel there's not going to be any sort of reimbursement according to our dealers conversation with Northwood .

All in all very disappointed with the whole thing ..

They don't take it serious that someone could have been killed or caused a serious accident .

The mechanics all said these things are sent out with the cheapest lightest springs to save money but seriously wish we had not purchased a Northwood trailer due to the lack of any sort of responsibility

Yes we were treated like second class citizens by Matt Turley at Northwood when it came to deficiencies on our Arctic Fox. It's disappointing how a company allows a monkey to run their customer service department.
